Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ProductCopyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ProductCopyAI is operated by CHIC EXPERT LTD, incorporated in England and Wales.

2. Description of service

ProductCopyAI provides AI-assisted ecommerce product-content generation, including product titles, descriptions, bullet points, SEO metadata, image alt texts, and related content for platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and WooCommerce.

Important: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publication. ProductCopyAI does not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, unique, compliant with marketplace guidelines, or suitable for any particular purpose.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• One account per person — account sharing is not permitted

4. Subscriptions and billing

ProductCopyAI offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Business subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
• Generation credits reset on the first day of each billing cycle and do not roll over
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

5. Usage limits

Each plan includes a monthly generation limit. Exceeding your plan limit will require an upgrade. Feature availability varies by plan as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to apply rate limits to protect service reliability.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use ProductCopyAI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the service
• Submit malicious code or interfere with the service
• Generate spam or misleading content at scale
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the product information and content you submit to ProductCopyAI. By submitting content, you grant CHIC EXPERT LTD the limited, non-exclusive rights necessary to process, transmit, and use that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. AI-generated content

• AI-generated output may contain factual errors and should be reviewed before publication
• Generated content may not be unique and could be similar to content generated for other users
• You are responsible for verifying that generated content complies with the rules of any marketplace where you publish it
• ProductCopyAI does not guarantee that generated content will improve search rankings, conversions, or sales
• You are solely responsible for the published content and its consequences

9. Intellectual property

The ProductCopyAI application, branding, user interface, documentation, and all related materials are owned by CHIC EXPERT LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written permission.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep ProductCopyAI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, or circumstances beyond our control, including the availability of third-party AI providers.

11. Disclaimers

ProductCopyAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CHIC EXPERT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ProductCopyAI, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if required by law, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. On termination, your access to the service will end and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ProductCopyAI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of ProductCopyAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
